| Standard Ground Delivery
Iron Accents utilizes Fed-Ex, UPS, DHL and The U.S. Postal Service for all standard ground delivery items. Signatures will not be required unless requested. Shipments can be tracked at the following web site.

Standard Truck Delivery: In order to keep shipping charges as low as possible our standard freight service is curbside only. The truck line's delivery obligation is to bring the shipment to the address of record. These items will be unloaded by the driver to the driveway of your home or entryway of your apartment building. Items difficult to move from the truck to your driveway or entryway may require your assistance. Any service beyond this, such as offloading the boxes or bringing it to your door or lobby, may entail additional charges which if not pre-arranged you will have to pay to the trucking company yourself.
Please note: You are responsible for all measurements of doors, elevators, and stairways. Delivery fees, both ways are non-refundable should merchandise not fit.
Premium Truck Service: Optional delivery services are available depending on your area. If you require inside delivery or additional services, such as uncrating or assembly please contact us @ (866) 438-4766. We will be happy to get a quote for you.
Receiving your shipment
When your order ships you will be provided with a tracking or pro number and the name of the shipping company.
All large or heavy items will be shipped via common freight carrier. In these cases, you will be contacted by the shipping company to schedule a delivery appointment. If you would like to track the progress of your shipment, feel free to contact us at 866-GET-IRON (438-4766)Once your order has shipped the freight company will call you to schedule your delivery. Truck deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM and someone must be present to take delivery.
Please be sure to inspect the merchandise upon receipt and note any damage with the driver before he leaves your home. If damage is noted, please retain the original packaging for return.
