| Cancellation Policy
In Stock Orders: If we are shipping your order from our stock inventory you may cancel your order any time up until the day it ships with no charges or penalties. If we have already billed your order we will refund the entire amount of your purchase to your credit card.
Manufacturer Direct Ship Orders: Within 24 hours of the time you place your order, we begin the procurement process from the manufacturer. Once the order is placed with the manufacturer, Iron Accents becomes financially obligated to purchase the products ordered. Therefore, Iron Accents is not generally able to accept cancellations at that point without imposing a restocking fee equivalent to 10% of the purchase price. On some occasions the manufacturers will work with us to allow a cancellation without a restocking fee but this is totally at their discretion.
Custom Orders: All custom merchandise inquiries are welcome. While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill every request, we do promise to do our best to make you happy. Please note that custom orders are pre-pay, non-cancelable and non-returnable.
Note: Because each Manufacturer or shipping companies order time, delay shall not constitute cause for order termination and in no event shall product availability or manufacturing delay of any item constitute cause to terminate any other portion of the order.

Returns & Exchanges
Iron Accents offers a 30-day money back guarantee! (not 7-14 days like most of our competitors). If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return it and we will exchange the product or refund the cost of your purchase, excluding freight costs.
Please note that custom made items are non returnable and that premium finish items (items with more than one finish option) and non stock items (furniture and other items generally not carried in stock) may require a 10% re-stocking fee to cover administrative and stocking expenses.
All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in original factory-new condition, and must include all packaging materials, and accessories. Any return received damaged or missing pieces will not be accepted. Please ship your parcel back to us prepaid and insured by UPS, Federal Express, Parcel Post or by the manner in which you received it. We can not accept C.O.D. shipments.
All returns must be made within 30 days of order receipt. Returns older than 30 days must be pre-approved and are subject to a 10% restocking fee on top of any furniture restock or premium finish restock fee already incurred. We reserve the right to refuse any unapproved return past 30 days of receipt.

Refused ShipmentsRefused shipments are costly. We will invoice 15% of the order value for re-stocking plus the cost of the round-trip freight. Ouch! (This does not include damaged shipments)
Damaged ShipmentsWe work hard to package your orders securely, accurately, and completely. Unfortunately, products can on occasion get damaged in transit. When your order arrives please inspect the package for any obvious physical damage. Any damage should be noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery. After you have noted the damage please do not accept or sign for the shipment. Refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the shipping company and work on getting a replacement to you as quickly as possible.
If your order arrives and there is no obvious visible damage to the package, but upon opening the cartons and inspecting your shipment you find . Any damage should be noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery. After you have noted the damage please refuse the damaged pieces. If the damage is not noted at time of delivery you may face significant delays and additional expense to correct the damage.
Next, please call or email us to notify us that you need to file a damage claim. We will do our best to resolve the situation for you as quickly as possible.
