The production process generally takes about 2-3 weeks, but can run longer if there is a backlog in the schedule due to seasonal orders.  

KNF Garden Designs magnificent mosaic furniture is made by hand so no two pieces are exactly alike, all shapes, sizes, and colors will vary slightly. Fashioned from as many as 2,000 hand-cut tiles each mosaic top in this collection is made and finished to order. 

Once you place your order and we confirm it with the manufacturer we will email you to let you know of any expected delays.  Please remember this delivery estimate is just that - our best "estimate". We do everything in our power to expedite your shipment but we cannot guarantee the amount of time it will require the manufacturer to produce your order. Please be patient - the quality and selection are worth the wait.

** NOTE**

This is a custom made to order item:  As soon as you place your order, we begin the procurement process from the manufacturer at which point we are obligated to purchase the products ordered. Therefore, Iron Accents can not accept changes or cancellations after 48 hours without consulting the manufacturer. If you want to cancel your order before it ships and we are able to cancel the order without penalty from our manufacturer, you will not be charged a restocking fee. If the manufacturer imposes a restock fee and you decide to cancel the order, the restock fee will be deducted from your refund.  Custom made items can not be returned.
