A primer on aluminum…it’s virtually rust free, relatively lightweight and requires minimal maintenance. Wrought aluminum, which mimics wrought iron but without the heft, features .65 wall thickness tubing strengthened at stress points with galvanized steel inserts. The pieces also receive hand applied 360 degree perfect welds, triple hand polished. All materials are finished with powder coating using a high-solids polyester, ten times thicker than paint.

Cast aluminum involves hand-carving the designs in wood for exceptional detail. The woodcarving is used to create a mold into which superior grade molten aluminum alloy is hand poured. The resulting casting is hand polished, cleaned, receives a baked on powder coat thicker and tougher than conventional paint and finishes with a hand-applied antique accent. Stainless steel hardware is provided when assembly is required.

Cast Aluminum: We combine old-world casting techniques with a state-of-the-art finishing process to bring you the very best in cast aluminum patio furniture style and function. First, we hand-carve our designs in wood to offer exceptional detail. The woodcarving is used to create a mold into which superior grade molten aluminum alloy is hand-poured. The resulting casting is hand polished to provide a smooth, finished surface for painting. After a multi-step cleaning process, the furniture received a baked-on powder paint coat much thicker and harder than conventional wet paint. The piece then receives a hand-applied antique accent. Where assembly is required, stainless steel hardware is provided.
