How do I place an order?

Online Orders :
You can order confidently – Our shopping is easy and secure. We've taken every precaution to protect sensitive data sent to us over the Internet. All personal and credit card information entered on your order is transmitted in encrypted form for your safety.

Fax Orders:If you prefer to fax your order, print it out and fax it to us. Please be sure to sign the order form. Include credit card information and expiration date. You will receive a fax confirmation within 24 hours. Our fax number is 1-770-539-9091.

Mail Orders :
If you prefer to mail your order, download the order form, print it out and complete it and mail it to us. Please be sure to sign the order form. Include credit card information and expiration date, or check or money order written to Iron Accents

Order Terms
Iron Accents provides services under which order and delivery times vary with each manufacturer. Estimated shipping times are listed on each product in our site, and are also given when your order is confirmed. Please remember that these delivery time frames are “estimated”, manufacturer order processing and delivery will vary and we do not guarantee the amount of time it will require each respective manufacturer to produce your order and thus complete your shipment. Orders can be subject to delay due to unanticipated consumer demand, shortfalls in manufacturer supply availability, and batch scheduling. Some of our manufacturers schedule and manufacturer each order as it is received; others will produce batches on a scheduled run. They will produce only so many pieces for stock as well as filling special orders. When the pieces produced for stock are all sold, there will be a waiting period until the next scheduled production.


How to Change or Cancel an Order
As soon as you place your order, we begin the procurement process from the manufacturer. Once the order is placed, Iron Accents and its respective customers each become financially obligated to purchase the products ordered. Therefore, Iron Accents is not generally able to accept cancellations after a 24 hour period. We may, at our discretion, make an exception to this policy, in which case a restocking charge of 10% of the purchase price will apply. Orders for items in stock may be canceled up until the day the item is shipped.

Because each Manufacturer or shipping companies order time, delay shall not constitute cause for order termination and in no event shall product availability or manufacturing delay of any item constitute cause to terminate any other portion of the order.

Payment & Sales Tax

Iron Accents accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, personal checks, money orders, cashiers checks, and wire transfers. At this time, we do not offer C.O.D. terms. Please contact us for details if you would like to pay by check, money order or wire transfer. Returned checks will incur a $25.00 charge for handling. All credit card orders require a minimum 50% deposit at the time the order is placed, with the balance being paid or charged to your credit card at the time your order is released from the manufacturer and is ready for shipment. All orders that are paid for by check or money order must be paid in full when the order is placed.

Iron Accents is responsible for collecting sales tax for the State of Georgia. A sales tax of 7% will be charged on all Georgia orders.



SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Iron Accents is not equipped to ship overseas.
Iron Accents utilizes Fed-Ex, UPS and The U.S. Postal Service for all smaller item shipments. Signatures will not be required unless requested.

Larger items are shipped via Airborne or common carrier (freight) trucks direct to the curb of your residence or building (within the continental U.S. only).

** Please Note: In order to keep shipping charges as low as possible our standard freight service is curbside only. The truck line's delivery obligation is to bring the shipment to the address of record. Any service beyond this, such as offloading the boxes or bringing it to your door or lobby, may entail additional charges which you will have to pay to the trucking company yourself.

Optional delivery services are available depending on your area. If you require inside delivery or other services please contact us. We will be happy to get a quote for you.


Order Tracking

When your order ships you will be provided with a tracking or pro number and the name of the shipping company.

All small items will be shipped via Fed-Ex Home Delivery, UPS, or DHL and can be tracked at the following web site. Fed-ex: www.fedex.com UPS: www.UPS.com DHL: www.DHL.com

All large or heavy items will be shipped via common freight carrier. In these cases, you will be contacted by the shipping company to schedule a delivery appointment. If you would like to track the progress of your shipment, feel free to contact us at 866-GET-IRON (438-4766)


Refused Shipments

Refused shipments are costly. We will invoice 10% of the order value for re-stocking plus the cost of the round-trip freight. Ouch! (This does not include damaged shipments)


Damaged and Defective Shipments

We work hard to package your orders securely, accurately, and completely. When your order arrives, be prepared to open the cartons and inspect your shipment. Any damage should be noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery. After you have noted the damage please refuse the damaged pieces. If the damage is not noted at time of delivery you may face significant delays and additional expense to correct the damage.

Next, please call or email us to notify us, within 14 days that you need to file a damage claim. We must be notified within 14 days to be able to file a claim with the shipping company. We will do our best to resolve the situation for you as quickly as possible. Returns & Exchanges

All returns must be made within 30 days of order receipt. In rare instances we will accept returns older than 30 days but they must be pre-approved and are subject to a 20% restocking fee on top of any furniture restock or premium finish restock fee already incurred. We reserve the right to refuse any unapproved return past 30 days of receipt. All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in original condition, and must include all packaging materials, and accessories. Any return received damaged or missing pieces will not be accepted. Please ship your parcel back to us prepaid and insured by UPS, Federal Express, Parcel Post or by the manner in which you received it. We can not accept C.O.D. shipments. Premium finish items (items with more than one finish option) and non stock items (furniture and other items generally not carried in stock) that are returned will require a 10% re-stocking fee. We do not refund shipping charges. All custom merchandise inquiries are welcome. While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill every request, we do promise to do our best to make you happy. Please note that custom orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable.

Iron Accents, Inc. Limitation of Liability for Typographical Errors Policy

The iron accents, inc. Web site and the materials herein are provided “as is.” Iron Accents, inc. expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to the site, site up-time or site use.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or the product is no longer available, Iron Accents, Inc. will have the right to refuse or cancel, without liability, any orders placed for product that is no longer available or is listed at the incorrect price. Iron Accents, Inc. will have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Iron Accents, Inc. will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

FINISH DISCLAIMER
Please note that due to the differences in computer screens the colors of items on computer screens may display differently than their actual color. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, you should only order a premium finish without viewing a sample, if you have some tolerance for slight variations in color schemes.

Handcrafted Finish
Many finishes are handcrafted, resulting in variations from one piece to another as in all great artwork. These variations are a reflection of the unique character of any handcrafted piece. Due to the diverse conditions with which our product is used, there is no guarantee against further oxidation (rust), and finishes can not be “matched” from one piece to the next.

In the unlikely event that the customer has a dispute with Iron Accents, Inc., customer hereby agrees that the dispute shall be settled by arbitration through the Better Business Bureau of Metropolitan Atlanta.
