Coffee Lovers

Cultivate a coffee command center on a seldom used section of countertop or an empty cupboard. No space to spare? Try a rolling cart that can be moved out of kitchen traffic when the morning rush is over.Look for an area that's convenient, within arm's reach and adjacent to an electrical plug.

Set up your pod style, French press or standard fill and brew carafe preference next to a selection of labeled beverage types - dark roast, flavored and breakfast teas, for example. Include a vessel for beans if you prefer, along with an easy to use grinder. Corral a variety of coffee cups on a tiered stand or decorative tray and add a compartmentalized caddy for spoons, stirrers and mop-up-the-drip napkins.

Even a narrow wall space can be a handy hang-out for slim shelves holding a tasty selection of add-ins like specialty sugars, spices, flavored creamers or syrups. Blackboard paint is an ideal solution for defining the coffee bar space as well as providing a canvas for personal greetings, java of the day announcements and spirited drawings!
