To help customers secure some of our manufacturers’ most popular items, Iron Accents offers the option to place pre-orders on products that are temporarily out of stock.
A pre-order places your order in line for the next incoming shipment. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received once inventory arrives.
Because pre-ordered items are reserved specifically for you, they may sell out before arriving in stock. Placing a pre-order helps ensure your item is allocated to your order when the shipment arrives.
When an estimated restock date is available, it will be displayed on the product page. If no estimated date appears, it means we are currently waiting for the manufacturer to confirm the expected arrival timeframe.
The estimated date shown reflects the most recent information provided by the manufacturer and typically represents their projected timeline for when the shipment container is expected to arrive at their facility.
Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only. Manufacturer production schedules, overseas shipping timelines, port delays, and freight carrier schedules can occasionally affect delivery times. For this reason, we cannot guarantee exact arrival or shipping dates for pre-ordered items.
Once inventory arrives at the manufacturer’s warehouse and your order is processed, your order will ship according to the shipping method selected at checkout.
Pre-orders may be canceled any time before the manufacturer has processed the order for shipment.
Once the manufacturer has processed the order or the item has entered the shipping process, the order becomes subject to our standard return policies.
