If we have an estimated date for the next shipment of a specific item, you'll find this date listed alongside the product on our website. However, if you don't see a date displayed, it's because we are awaiting confirmation from the manufacturer regarding the expected arrival time for that particular item.
The date we provide represents the most current estimated arrival date given to us by the manufacturer, reflecting their anticipation of when the container carrying the items will arrive at our facility.
Please bear in mind that all delivery time frames are approximate. Manufacturer order processing and delivery times can vary. As such, we cannot guarantee the precise duration it will take for each respective manufacturer to produce your order and complete the shipment.
Pre-orders can be canceled as long as they have not been processed for shipment by the manufacturer.
