How Reserve Orders Work

Some of our most popular items sell out before they arrive.
Reserving from the incoming shipment ensures your piece is set aside as soon as it becomes available.

When you place a reserve order, your item is allocated to you and ships once it arrives.

What to expect:

  • Your item is reserved from incoming inventory
  • Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received
  • We display estimated ship dates whenever available
  • Your order ships as soon as it arrives at our warehouse

Timing & Delivery

Estimated dates reflect the most current information provided by our manufacturers and are typically accurate.

Occasionally, timing may shift due to production schedules, overseas shipping, port delays, or carrier logistics. If anything changes, we’ll keep you informed.

Once your item arrives and your order is processed, it will ship using the delivery method selected at checkout.

Flexible Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it enters the shipping process.  Once your item has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
