We will always work with you to make sure your experience with Iron Accents is a good one. We'd like nothing better than for you to tell other people about us!

Call us regarding anything; questions you may have about an item, information on your order, to let us know how you were treated by customer service, or what we can do to improve our web site or help us make our business better!

My Account

Accounts are optional you can choose to create an account, but it's not mandatory to create an account to check out. If you do have an account and you are logged in, then your address fields are pre-filled when you place an order.

  1. Click the "login" icon at the top right side of our site.
  2. Below the login you will see " New Customer? "
  3. Select "Sign up →" - You will be taken to a page titled Create an Account where you can simply follow the prompts.
  4. You can also sign up for our newsletter here - All sales and discount coupons are sent by email.
  5. You will then see a message "We have sent an email to your@email.com, please click the link included to verify your email address.
  6. Check your email account for an email titled "Customer account activation".  
  7. Select the box to activate your account.

Your information  is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

Please Note: Orders you may have placed before creating an account will not be accessible thru this new account.   To track orders placed without an account in place you must email us directly.  Please be sure to include or reference the order confirmation email you received after you placed your order. If you want full control and visibility of your order online it is always recommended to set up an account with us during the order process.

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to login and edit your account information.

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Enter your email address and select the "Forgot your password?" link. That link will take you to a page to reset your password.

On that page enter your email address and select "Submit".  It will display a message "We've sent you an email with a link to update your password." Then check your email for an email from us with the heading "Customer account password reset".  

The email will have a box you select that is titled "Reset your password"  Select this box and it will allow you to enter and confirm a new password.

If you've placed an order previously and your account can not be found please call or email us - we will be happy to help.

Ordering Information

Online Orders :

You can order confidently - Our shopping is easy and secure. We've taken every precaution to protect sensitive data sent to us over the Internet. All personal and credit card information entered on your order is transmitted in encrypted form for your safety.

Mail Orders :

To mail your order, download the order form, print it out and complete it and send it to us. Please be sure to sign the order form. Include credit card information and expiration date, or check or money order written to Iron Accents

When your order is imported into our system you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging your transaction.

Please be sure to check your spam mail as on occasion confirmations can go to spam.

In addition, one of our customer service representatives may email you with any other details about your order; for example, customization, special shipping and handling and or changes to estimated shipping dates. Our customer service hours are Monday - Friday, 10am - 5pm est.

You can pay for your order online using any of the following payment options

We also accept personal checks, money orders and cashiers checks. At this time, we do not offer C.O.D. or net terms. Returned checks will incur a $25.00 charge for handling. All orders that are paid for by check or money order must be paid in full when the order is placed.  Orders will not be processed or ship until checks have cleared.

Our website does not store credit card information so credit cards are charged when you place your order. 

Many of the products we carry are shipped from our warehouse and are either in stock or will be brought into stock. Others ship directly from the manufacturer.  When we confirm your order we will give you an estimated ship date. If you need to cancel your order for any reason please contact us and we will refund your money.  

Please note - Made to order items:

As soon as you place your order, we begin the procurement process from the manufacturer at which point we are obligated to purchase the products ordered. Therefore, Iron Accents is not generally able to accept changes or cancellations after a 48 hour period without consulting the manufacturer. If you want to cancel your order before it ships and we are able to cancel the order without penalty from our manufacturer, you will not be charged a restocking fee. If the manufacturer imposes a restock fee and you decide to cancel the order, the restock fee will be deducted from your payment when we process your refund.

We are able to ship many of our products to Hawaii and Alaska however our included standard shipping is only available to the 48 contiguous states. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii incur additional charges. Those charges are dependent on the weight or special handling requirements.

We are not currently set up to ship our great wrought iron and home accessories outside of the USA - but we are working on it.   

If there is something you are really interested in please email us we will do our best to get you a shipping quote.  Or If you have your own Federal Express or UPS account let us know we may be able to ship on it for you.

We currently collect sales tax if you are located in the same state that we do business in, which is Georgia.

As the sales tax laws change and our company grows this will change.

In stock Items:

In-Stock orders may be canceled within 24 hours of your purchase.  We are not able process cancellations once your item has been processed and packaged for shipping.

Pre Orders:

Pre-orders may be cancelled penalty free up until they are processing to ship. We are not able process cancellations once your item has been processed and packaged for shipping. 

Made to order products:

Items that are made to order and customized to your specifications such as finish, fabric, mosaic design, etc. can-not be cancelled after 48 hours and are not returnable.  When you place your order, we begin the procurement process from the manufacturer at which point we are obligated to purchase the products ordered.

Standard Orders (Under $1,000):

Orders under $1,000 may be canceled at no penalty if fulfillment has not begun. Custom orders (such as made-to-order furniture or mosaics) cannot be canceled after 48 hours and are not returnable.

Large Orders ($1,000 or More):

For orders totaling $1,000 or more, refunds on canceled orders may be issued minus any non-recoverable costs, including:

  • Payment processing fees charged by third-party providers (typically 2.9% + 30¢)
  • Vendor or supplier cancellation or restocking fees
  • Customization or made-to-order costs already incurred

Refund Method:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after confirmation.  By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Third-Party Fulfillment & Product Discontinuation

Many of our products are fulfilled by third-party manufacturers. On occasion, an item may become discontinued, delayed, or otherwise unavailable after an order has been placed. While we do our best to stay informed of these changes, we may receive limited or no notice from the supplier.

In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the affected portion of your order and issue a refund or store credit for the unavailable item. If part of a set becomes unavailable, we will contact you with available options, which may include partial shipment, substitution, or full cancellation.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that availability is subject to change and that Iron Accents is not liable for manufacturer delays, product discontinuation, or any resulting inconvenience or loss.

Buyers Guide

Often, yes. Many of our manufacturers and artisans provide fabric swatches, wood samples and finish samples that can help give guidance on your purchase. If samples are available there will be a link from the page showing the options.  These samples can then be purchased and shipped to you.  The cost of the samples will be refunded upon their return. We are also always available to chat about these options to help you come up with the best solution for your space.

Today shopping online is all about convenience. With literally hundreds of places to shop selecting a trustworthy company can sometimes be a challenge. You will find our online prices to be VERY competitive. But if you discover one of the items we sell at a competitor's website for less, let us know. We will do our best to match or beat that price, as long as the offer is in accordance with the guidelines we have with our manufacturer.

 **Please note** - price matching will be based on final pricing. This means, if we are able to match the competitors pricing, we will match the final price after shipping and handling and taxes have been added.

After adding items to your cart, click the cart link at the top of this site to view your cart. Below the items on your cart you will see a field labeled Gift card or discount code.  Simply enter your code in the box.
