This is a custom made to order item: As soon as you place your order, we begin the procurement process from the manufacturer at which point we are obligated to purchase the products ordered. Therefore, Iron Accents can not accept changes or cancellations after 48 hours without consulting the manufacturer. If you want to cancel your order before it ships and we are able to cancel the order without penalty from our manufacturer, you will not be charged a restocking fee. If the manufacturer imposes a restock fee and you decide to cancel the order, the restock fee will be deducted from your refund.
