Park Hill Truck Delivery Upgrades

We are now offering upgraded Threshold and White Glove Premium delivery options on select furniture and mirrors.  Please note: These shipments will have longer transit times and may add up to 15 days for delivery as they ship with delivery specialists that give these shipments significantly more TLC to ensure safe/damage-free deliveries.

Threshold Option

The home delivery specialist will be on the scene for up to 10 minutes and will deliver to the first dry area inside your front or porch door, or to your garage. The team will not unpack or remove any debris. A signature will be required by an adult over the age of 18. The cost to upgrade to the threshold option is $99.00.

White Glove Assembly Option

White Glove describes a delivery service level. The home delivery specialist will be on site and deliver inside to your room of choice, unpack the merchandise, remove the debris and perform assembly services up to 30 minutes. Please ensure there is a clear pathway from where the truck must park all the way to the desired delivery location. A signature will be required by an adult over the age of 18. The cost for the white glove assembly option is  $199.00

Delivery of large or heavy items:

The customer is responsible to note the size and dimensions of the furniture to insure that it will fit, not only in the designated room, but also will go through hallways, doorways, stairwells, etc.  If the delivery to the designated room involves potential damage to your home due to the weight or size of the furniture, the delivery will be made to another area of the your choice.  If the furniture is left in an area at a customer’s home because of this situation  it will be the customer’s responsibility to move the furniture. 

*** NOTE - Please be sure to measure all doors, elevators, and stairways. Delivery fees, both ways, are non-refundable should merchandise not fit.
