    We understand that choosing furniture and décor online can feel like a big decision. Eligible, unused items may be returned when you contact Iron Accents within 15 calendar days after delivery.

    If a return is needed, our customer-care team will guide you through the process. We will confirm the item’s eligibility, provide the correct return address and packing instructions, and explain any known return costs before the merchandise is sent back.

    Because some pieces are made, finished, or selected specifically for each customer, please review the Shipping & Returns information on the product page before ordering. Questions are always welcome before you make your purchase.

Because shipping methods, production requirements, and return terms can vary, every product page includes a Shipping & Returns section with the details that apply to that particular item or manufacturer.

    Depending on the product, this information may include:

    Step by Step

    How to Return an Eligible Item

    1. Request the Return Within 15 Days

      Email sales@ironaccents.com or call (866) 438-4766 within 15 calendar days after delivery. Please include your order number and the item you wish to return.

    2. Receive Your Return Authorization

      Customer Service will confirm eligibility and provide the Return Authorization number, correct return address, packing instructions, known deductions, and return deadline.

    3. Carefully Repack the Item

      Include all original cartons, protective materials, hardware, parts, accessories, instructions, and other materials supplied with the merchandise.

    4. Ship the Return Within 10 Days

      Return the item prepaid, insured, and trackable. Carrier tracking must show that the package was accepted within 10 calendar days after the Return Authorization was issued.

    5. Keep the Tracking Information

      Retain the carrier receipt and tracking number until the return has been delivered, inspected, and the refund has been completed.

    Please do not return merchandise without authorization. The correct return location may be different from the address on the original shipping label. A return sent without authorization or to the wrong location may be refused or may incur additional shipping and handling charges.

    You may carefully open a package to inspect the merchandise. Please retain all cartons, protective materials, hardware, and accessories until you are certain you will keep the item.

    Because our pieces are made and fulfilled in different ways, the Shipping & Returns section on the individual product page is the best place to confirm return eligibility. Items identified there as made to order, final sale, or not eligible for return are subject to those product-specific terms.

    • Requested within 15 calendar days after delivery
    • Approved with a valid Return Authorization
    • Accepted by the return carrier within the 10-day deadline
    • Unused, unwired, unassembled, and uninstalled
    • Free from wear, odors, dirt, damage, or alterations
    • Complete with all original parts and accessories
    • Packed in the original cartons and protective materials

    Refund Information

    How Your Refund Is Calculated

    Before an approved return is shipped, we will explain the known outbound shipping deduction and any applicable restocking fee so you can decide whether you wish to proceed.

    Merchandise Price
    The eligible merchandise price is included in the refund, subject to the deductions described below.
    Original Outbound Shipping
    Many Iron Accents products include standard shipping in the displayed price. When an item is returned for reasons unrelated to damage, defect, or an Iron Accents error, the actual amount paid to ship the merchandise to you is deducted from the refund.
    Return Shipping
    The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for prepaid, insured, and trackable return transportation.

    Restocking Fees
    A restocking fee applies only when it is disclosed in the product’s Shipping & Returns information.
    Upgraded Services
    Expedited shipping, inside delivery, lift-gate service, white-glove delivery, and other upgraded delivery charges are nonrefundable.
    Refund Method
    Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

    Protecting Your Return

    Packaging and Return Transportation

    Parcel Returns

    Use a prepaid, insured, trackable carrier such as UPS or FedEx. The customer is responsible for the merchandise until it is received at the approved return location.

    • Use the original carton and internal packing materials
    • Protect all surfaces and fragile components
    • Do not write directly on the manufacturer’s product box
    • Include the Return Authorization as instructed
    • Retain the receipt and tracking number

    Freight Returns

    When merchandise was delivered by truck, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return freight. Iron Accents may be able to assist with instructions or carrier coordination.

    • Follow the Return Authorization instructions exactly
    • Secure the merchandise to its pallet when applicable
    • Use all original cartons and protective materials
    • Insure the shipment for its full value
    • Retain the freight tracking or PRO number

    Important Conditions

    Late, Unapproved, or Noncompliant Returns

    Returns sent without authorization, shipped after the stated deadline, sent to an incorrect location, or received outside the approved return conditions may be refused.

    Please contact us promptly if an unexpected carrier or personal issue may prevent you from meeting the return deadline. We will review the circumstances, but an extension is not guaranteed.

    The customer is responsible for merchandise while it is traveling back to the approved return location. Claims for loss or damage during return transportation must be pursued with the return carrier.

    Iron Accents reserves the right to refuse fraudulent, abusive, excessive, or temporary-use returns.
