Handcrafted in solid brass with a polished verdigris patina for a nicely weathered look our lion door knocker comes with a separate "striker" plate. Note: Screw-holes form an "upside-down" triangle with a 4.5" top, and 5" sides. Bottom screw-hole is for the knocker strike plate, the top two screw-holes are in the lion's head. The 2" long screws attach from the opposite side of the door.
