A tribute to the anvil and hammer era of old-world craftsmanship, the Black River Iron Corbel is forged with intention and integrity. Its rugged, pitted texture gives it the look of a timeworn heirloom, yet it's engineered to meet the demands of modern living. Made from solid iron and finished in your choice of patina - such as natural black, pewter, or highlighted with gold or copper—it adds handcrafted depth to any space.

Available in three standard sizes and fully customizable for your unique project, this corbel is ideal for supporting open shelving, thick wood mantels, stone countertops, or even architectural accents in doorways and kitchen islands. The Black River line’s understated elegance makes it at home in farmhouse, lodge, industrial, or even minimalist settings.

Styling & Use

The Black River Iron Corbel brings authentic blacksmithing heritage into your space - whether used to brace a reclaimed wood shelf, frame a rustic mantel, or serve as a sculptural support beneath stone counters. Its bold texture and forged form make it a strong design element as well as a functional one.

Choose the size that fits your application best, or request a custom size to match a unique architectural detail. These corbels pair beautifully with natural wood, exposed beams, or plaster walls, and they shine in kitchens, entryways, and living rooms where subtle structural beauty matters most.

Available in a variety of finishes, each option enhances the hammered texture - whether you're drawn to raw iron, deep matte black, or warm metallic accents. Functional, forged, and full of soul, this piece adds enduring presence wherever it’s placed.
