Production Time

Current production time is approximately 6–11 weeks.

Each piece is handcrafted to order in the USA. Because every item is made specifically for you, production time applies before shipping.

Once your order enters production, you’ll receive an email with the manufacturer’s estimated ship date, and we’ll keep you informed along the way.

Quality craftsmanship takes time — and is worth the wait.

Changes, Cancellations & Returns

• Orders may be changed or canceled within 48 hours of acknowledgment.
  
• Standard items may be returned within 15 days of delivery, less actual shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
  
• Custom-made items or non-standard finishes are not eligible for return.
