Only the finest materials and workmanship are used in manufacturing our aluminum, iron and metal furniture. What pieces are right for you? Here is an overview of the pros and cons of iron and metal furniture materials, and construction processes.
Aluminum is a silvery-white metallic element, having good conductive and thermal properties. It is used to form many hard, light-weight, corrosion-resistant parts. Aluminum furniture offers strength and durability at approximately 1/3 the weight of iron.
Metal furniture is formed from sheets and tubes of steel that is bent, cut and welded into durable cabinets, tables and other pieces of striking furniture.
Iron furniture is forged this means hammered and shaped on an anvil when hot, usually prior to being wrought or added to a wrought design. Wrought iron furniture is made by heating and bending or forming the rods of wrought iron.
