• Bathroom Hardware ships in approximately 2-3 weeks.
• Fire Screens ship in approximately 4-5 week. 
• Furniture ships in approximately 5-6 weeks.

Changes/Cancellations: This is a custom made to order item. As soon as you place your order, we begin the procurement process from the manufacturer at which point we are obligated to purchase the products ordered. Therefore, Iron Accents can not accept changes or cancellations after 48 hours without consulting the manufacturer. If a cancellation is possible any restock or credit card fees will be deducted from your refund.

Returns: Custom made items are not eligible for return.

Rush Program 

For guaranteed production times, request a RUSH at time of order. We will expedite your order through the factory and make every possible effort to insure your order is shipped on time or sooner.

Fire Screens 

Additional fees are as follows, subject to a $25.00 minimum rush fee:
15 Day Rush Shipment in 15 workdays or sooner - add 20%
10 Day Rush Shipment in 10 workdays or sooner - add 40%

Furniture

Additional fees are as follows, subject to a $25.00 minimum rush fee:
20 Day Rush Shipment in 20 workdays or sooner - add 20%
15 Day Rush Shipment in 15 workdays or sooner - add 40%
