Use our easy measure, no template system for a custom fit, arch or eyebrow rod that will work beautifully for your curved window treatment. Please look under additional information for help with measuring.
NOTE: Curved walls usually have some imperfect curved areas. Your rod will be a perfect curve to your measures for best appearance. This means the rod will not exactly match the wall in all areas, but it will follow the over-all curve by averaging the variations over the width of the wall.
Required Measurements
W = Width (Straight line distance from each rod end, not including finials)
H = Height (Distance from center of W to the wall, at a right angle to W)
A= Distance from floor at side of window to beginning of curve.
B= Distance from side of window at beginning of curve to ceiling.
C= Distance from floor at center of glass window to top of arch.
D= Distance from top of arch to ceiling.

Suggested Additional Measurements
For rods using more than 3 brackets for support, please provide the locations where brackets will be located so seams/joints can be located at these points. This gives the best support, as we use our patented coil connector to internally splice the rods for easy installation and perfect fit.
While we curve the rod in our factory in one piece - we seam the rod so that it can be more easily handled and to minimize shipping charges. Simply draw your wall and show the locations of the brackets with the distances between them, noting if the distance is on the curve or straight line (preferred).

Shipping: This exciting line of drapery hardware, inspired by 18th and 19th century European iron works, is hand crafted and hand finished to order. Drapery rings and brackets are normally in stock in black & brown and ship in 3-5 days. All other items will ship in 7-14 business days.
Cancellations / Returns: Since each piece of drapery hardware is made exclusively for you when you place your order, we are unable to accept returns. We guarantee a beautiful, quality product every time, but if you change your mind and decide our drapery hardware is not for you, you have the option to change or cancel your order within 48 hours of receiving your acknowledgement.

Drapery Rush Program
For guaranteed drapery hardware production times, request a RUSH at time of order. We will expedite your order through the factory and make every possible effort to insure your drapery hardware order is shipped on time or sooner.Additional fees are as follows, subject to a $25.00 minimum rush fee:
7 Day Rush Shipment in 7 workdays or sooner - add 15%
5 Day Rush Shipment in 5 workdays or sooner - add 30%
3 Day Rush Shipment in 3 workdays or sooner - add 45%
Should a rush order run late, we will pay for UPS air as necessary to make up the delay so you will receive your order on time. For example, if you place the order on a 7 day rush , and we run 1 day late; so we send the order by 3rd day air if you requested ground, 2nd day air if you requested 3rd day, and overnight if you requested 2nd day.
Should we miss our due date and not be able to make up the lost time by accelerating the transit times, then our guarantee is a full refund of the Rush fees for your drapery hardware and no charge for freight. No other allowances or deductions may be claimed.
